Toronto is the most populated city in Canada, and the 4th most populated city in North America. Despite its northern location on the continent, it does experience four distinct seasons. It is considered to be a culturally diverse city because half of its residents are immigrants. And among the over 200 distinct ethnic origins who are represented there, over 140 languages and dialects are spoken.
